6 Day Grind Coffee Co. started with a simple idea: Pearl deserved a place where coffee was taken seriously but never taken too seriously. We opened our doors on Airport Road South with a dream of serving real, honest coffee alongside pastries baked fresh every morning.

6 Day Grind Coffee Co. was born from the belief that the best coffee shops aren't built — they're grown. From a neighborhood on Airport Road South, we started with one espresso machine, a small oven, and a whole lot of stubborn optimism.

We chose to stay open six days a week because we know Pearl doesn't sleep on weekends — and neither do the people who need their morning cup. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee between errands or settling in with a book and a croissant, we want this to be your spot.
